I really like the daytime idea and both options. It may be easier to make the 3:00 but kinda like the idea of getting away at lunch. If you need a tie breaker I'm IN for either time.

: Based on the feedback I have received (thanks all of you), daytime meetings do seem the most popular. Here are a couple of options I'd like you to consider:
: 11:30am lunch & learn meeting
: 3:00pm meeting with optional after meeting socializing and/or meal
: Meetings should continue to be two hours or less. Which is easier: leave in the middle of the day or leave early?
: Also, are there any issues with the current meeting day (third Thursday) or location (Help Desk)?
