Based on the feedback I have received (thanks all of you), daytime meetings do seem the most popular. Here are a couple of options I'd like you to consider:

11:30am lunch & learn meeting
3:00pm meeting with optional after meeting socializing and/or meal

Meetings should continue to be two hours or less. Which is easier: leave in the middle of the day or leave early?

Also, are there any issues with the current meeting day (third Thursday) or location (Help Desk)?

Please help me out!
